At what point did you become aware? A. I think it was May 18th. Q. Are you telling us that on May 12th you knew nothing about the research that Ms. Trzaskoma did? A. Well, as I have already said, I certainly knew that she had looked on Google and had found this disciplinary decision or opinion, and on May 12th I knew that she had sort of thought about it and I assumed looked at it again.
