EVERY SIX MONTHS
APRIL
(Check list to be completed and signed by 28th April)
Rotate seasonal clothing. Dry clean items if necessary.
Wash mattress covers and launder any blankets.
Take all books down from shelves and clean.
Clean upholstery and throw cushions.
Dry clean drapes.
Check for pests throughout property.
Inventory all crockery, glassware, linens, etc.
Steam clean all carpets.
Car maintenance if necessary.
Drain and clean pool.
