FROM: S/O/S SUBJECT: Passed information from Special Housing Unit On Friday August 9, 2019 at approximately 1:50 p.m., I S/O/S passed on to oncoming staff member Office S/O/S and present shift staff S/O/S and Officer S/O/S.
